The Elvie trainer helps you to fight bladder weakness, strengthen your core stability and even improve your orgasms by training your pelvic floor in a way you can actually see. The trainer uses biofeedback from the internal trainer to tell you if you're squeezing right, to help you squeeze harder, and to track your progress as you exercise more regularly.

  • Award-winning Kegel trainer - uses real-time biofeedback to help you visualise your pelvic floor exercises
  • Connects to the Elvie app for a range of fun, five-minute workouts
  • Track your progress and feel results in a couple of weeks
  • Comfortable, hygienic and 100% safe for internal use

If you're noticing occasional bladder control issues when you laugh or sneeze, or needing to pee more suddenly and urgently than usual, this might be a symptom of weakened pelvic floor muscles. And if you're struggling to climax during sex, pelvic floor problems could be one of many factors affecting your orgasm.

With different workouts and games within the app to help you stay motivated, plus the ability to track your progress over time, the Elvie trainer makes it easier to stick to your pelvic floor routine - and you could start to see the benefit within just a couple of weeks.

Elvie Trainer - Award-Winning Wearable Technology

How does the Elvie Pelvic Floor Trainer work?

The Elvie trainer is a pebble-shaped pod that you place inside just like a tampon. It measures the pressure exerted by your pelvic floor muscles when you squeeze, and links up to the Elvie app to show you in real time how you're doing in fun, five minute workouts.

The pod is made from 100% medical grade silicone, so it's waterproof and safe to use inside the body. It's easy to keep clean and hygienic by simply washing with warm, soapy water.

What's my pelvic floor?

The pelvic floor refers to the muscles that run from your tailbone and pubic bone. They play an important role in bladder control, core stability and sex, and can be weakened by a lot of factors including menopause, pregnancy and childbirth.

Regularly exercising your pelvic floor can help to tighten up those muscles and improve bladder control, posture, and sensation during sex. These exercises are most commonly called 'Kegels', and involve simply squeezing, holding, and releasing the pelvic floor muscles to tone them up over time. However, it can be pretty difficult to know if you're training correctly when you can't see the muscles you're using - and that's where the Elvie trainer can help.

I could never be bothered to do my kegel exercises so after having children, putting on weight, menopause I could add wet pants to the joys of getting older - how lovely! The Elvie seems pricey but it really is effective and once you get the hang of it very easy to use (and saves washing).

I was given this as a Christmas present by my daughter. It's the best present I have received.
I have had pills, potions, and an operation to help with the aftermath of childbirth and menopause, but nothing has helped as much as this little miracle-worker. Its sleek, discreet design is a pleasure to look at and use. The extra sleeve was very useful in the early days.
I do have to work at it, and Rome wasn't built in a day, but within 2 weeks there was a noticeable improvement in core strength and urgency of need.
And the full nights' sleep are a welcome return to normality!
Go get one! Your health and wellbeing will love you forever!

My Elvie is great. I'm post menopausal and have suffered since the perimenopause when the urgency started. It looks nice, and discreet. It charges conveniently from a USB port. It works very well with my Honor android phone, I've had no connection issues. It's very easy to use and the games are great. It has made a significant difference to my rectocele and the general tone of my pelvic floor and core. I no longer need to wear a little pad or worry. I rarely experience urgency now and have perfect control. I haven't even had it very long. So silly that I suffered for years needlessly. It has improved my self confidence enormously. Hopefully I will never need a surgical repair now. I wish I'd known about it years ago. I had tried to do exercises before without much success. We really need to talk about these things more. Somehow playing the games, and with some biofeedback, makes me much more likely to do them and makes them more effective. Thank you very much Elvie!
Highly recommended, I'm so very glad I've got one. It's quite an expenditure for me but it's improved my life so much it's proved excellent value.

Elvie Pelvic Floor Trainer FAQs

  • The pelvic floor is a group of muscles, and just like any other muscles, regular exercise will strengthen them over time. Kegel exercises are exercises designed to stimulate the pelvic muscles to make them stronger. Kegel balls or exercisers are helpful tools for strengthening the pelvic floor, as they make it easier to do the exercises properly, often with very little effort.

  • Pop your Elvie into the travel case with the tail pointing towards the USB port. Push it to the back of the case firmly before closing it. Then simply plug the case into any USB power source to charge. The light on the front will remain lit until Elvie is fully charged.

  • You can of course use Elvie on your period if you choose. Just make sure you follow the cleaning instructions provided in the manual after your workout, the same as after every use. Your LV score may be different on your period, but this is because pelvic strength naturally fluctuates during your monthly cycle.

  • To connect to Elvie you’ll need a phone or tablet with Bluetooth connectivity and the Elvie Trainer app, available on Android and iPhone. Make sure your Bluetooth is turned on in your phone’s settings and then follow the instructions on the app to connect.
