This award-winning Kegel trainer can help you fight bladder weakness, strengthen your core and improve intimate wellbeing by working out the important muscles you can’t see. Fun workouts with real time tracking for accurate results and measurable progress.

Key Features:

  • Syncs with the Elvie mobile app for real time results and up to date information on you body.
  • Takes you through easy 5 minute sessions to gradually build strength and control.
  • Comfortable, hygienic and 100% body-safe.

Many women notice occasional bladder control issues during the menopause, such as when you laugh or sneeze, or you might feel the need to go more suddenly and urgently than usual. This is perfectly normal, and is usually the result of the thinning of the lining of the urethra and the weakening of the pelvic floor muscles. Kegel trainers like Elvie help make the pelvic muscles strong again, allowing greater control over your bladder and less issues as a result.

Unlike most Kegel Trainers on the market, Elvie uses a syncopated mobile app to guide you through proper techniques and visualise your pelvic floor in real time. This means you can safely and properly strengthen your pelvic muscles and track your progress as you improve.

Incorporated into the helpful app are a series of fun 5-minute exercises that give your pelvic floor a full workout. Think of Elvie as a discrete personal trainer for this important part of your body, challenging and encouraging you on your journey towards a happier, healthier you.

Kegel exercises are perfect for women struggling with urinary incontinence, reduced libido, or both. While many on the market are basic analogue tools the Elvie is sleek, modern and packed with useful features to make sure you’re getting the best out of your workout. Start using Elvie today and you could see the benefit in less than 4 weeks.

We recommend using this product in conjunction with a quality lubricant.

Elvie Trainer - Award-Winning Wearable Technology

Open the Elvie app to be guided on how to use Elvie for the first time.

Connect Elvie:

  1. Elvie connects to your phone using Bluetooth.
  2. To connect your Elvie for the first time, simply squeeze it gently in your hand for 3 seconds.

Insert Elvie:

  1. Elvie is easy to insert. The pebble shaped part goes inside your vagina and the tail remains outside, facing forward.
  2. Be sure to fully insert the pebble shaped part, but not too high up.
  3. If you pull down gently, you will feel a slight resistance against the vaginal opening.
  4. If it feels uncomfortable to insert Elvie, try using some water-based lubricant.

Find the right fit:

  1. Many women prefer to use the optional cover to prevent Elvie falling out or moving about inside.
  2. Try with and without the cover to see what feels best.
  3. Thread the Elvie tail through the small hole in the cover and pull over Elvie.
  4. Always remember to take the cover off when charging.

Pick exercise position:

  1. Most women prefer to exercise standing.
  2. Simply stand with your legs shoulder width apart and hold your phone centrally by your midriff.
  3. If this doesn’t feel comfortable, try lying down, legs apart.
  4. For best results please set your targets and keep exercising in the same position over time.

How to Exercise:

  1. The pelvic floor is a powerful little set of muscles that stretches like a hammock between your pubic bone and your tailbone. When healthy and toned, they lift up your pelvic organs for a strong core and great control. If you aren’t sure what it feels like to exercise your pelvic floor, imagine that you are trying to stop yourself peeing mid-flow. This muscle movement, lifting inwards and upwards, is what you need to master. (But don’t keep doing it while you’re peeing!)

When exercising, remember to:

  1. Keep your stomach, buttocks and thighs relaxed and don’t hold your breath.
  2. Take a deep breath to relax and as you breathe out squeeze your pelvic floor inwards and upwards.
  3. The Elvie app provides more guidance during your workouts.
  4. Tap the help icon in the top left corner for information on how to perfect your exercise technique.

I could never be bothered to do my kegel exercises so after having children, putting on weight, menopause I could add wet pants to the joys of getting older - how lovely! The Elvie seems pricey but it really is effective and once you get the hang of it very easy to use (and saves washing).

I was given this as a Christmas present by my daughter. It's the best present I have received.
I have had pills, potions, and an operation to help with the aftermath of childbirth and menopause, but nothing has helped as much as this little miracle-worker. Its sleek, discreet design is a pleasure to look at and use. The extra sleeve was very useful in the early days.
I do have to work at it, and Rome wasn't built in a day, but within 2 weeks there was a noticeable improvement in core strength and urgency of need.
And the full nights' sleep are a welcome return to normality!
Go get one! Your health and wellbeing will love you forever!

My Elvie is great. I'm post menopausal and have suffered since the perimenopause when the urgency started. It looks nice, and discreet. It charges conveniently from a USB port. It works very well with my Honor android phone, I've had no connection issues. It's very easy to use and the games are great. It has made a significant difference to my rectocele and the general tone of my pelvic floor and core. I no longer need to wear a little pad or worry. I rarely experience urgency now and have perfect control. I haven't even had it very long. So silly that I suffered for years needlessly. It has improved my self confidence enormously. Hopefully I will never need a surgical repair now. I wish I'd known about it years ago. I had tried to do exercises before without much success. We really need to talk about these things more. Somehow playing the games, and with some biofeedback, makes me much more likely to do them and makes them more effective. Thank you very much Elvie!
Highly recommended, I'm so very glad I've got one. It's quite an expenditure for me but it's improved my life so much it's proved excellent value.

Elvie Pelvic Floor Trainer FAQs

  • The pelvic floor is a group of muscles, and just like any other muscles, regular exercise will strengthen them over time. Kegel exercises are exercises designed to stimulate the pelvic muscles to make them stronger. Kegel balls or exercisers are helpful tools for strengthening the pelvic floor, as they make it easier to do the exercises properly, often with very little effort.

  • Pop your Elvie into the travel case with the tail pointing towards the USB port. Push it to the back of the case firmly before closing it. Then simply plug the case into any USB power source to charge. The light on the front will remain lit until Elvie is fully charged.

  • You can of course use Elvie on your period if you choose. Just make sure you follow the cleaning instructions provided in the manual after your workout, the same as after every use. Your LV score may be different on your period, but this is because pelvic strength naturally fluctuates during your monthly cycle.

  • To connect to Elvie you’ll need a phone or tablet with Bluetooth connectivity and the Elvie Trainer app, available on Android and iPhone. Make sure your Bluetooth is turned on in your phone’s settings and then follow the instructions on the app to connect.
