What are my purchase options?

You can order online any time. Or you can order by phone by calling 0203 870 3874, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 17:00 pm. GMT.

If you are a business you can also order by pro-forma/purchase order by emailing theteam@livebetterwith.com. Please feel free to get in touch for any offers and discounts on bulk orders. 

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be despatched as soon as it is processed, and you will receive a confirmation email containing your order tracking information. It can take up to 48 hours for some orders to be processed, depending on stock availability. For more delivery information please visit here.

How do I return my order?

To return your order you can follow the instructions here. It can take up to 14 working days for a return to be received and processed. Please be assured you will receive a email confirmation of your refund. 

Can I exchange my order?

Currently we do not offer exchanges, but you can return your order to us and re-place a new order for the item(s) you need. 

 

Subscription FAQ’s:

When I receive my order?

Your order will arrive within 2-3 days after your next subscription payment date. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been despatched. 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order anytime after for your first order arrives. Please refer to the terms and conditions for more information. 

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact our team on theteam@livebetterwith.com, with your full name, delivery address and order reference. We will cancel this for you within 3 working days of your request. 

How do I resume my subscription?

If you have previously cancelled a subscription, and wish to have this reinstated, simply contact us directly on  theteam@livebetterwith.com, with your full name, delivery address and order reference.

I want an order sooner than what's shown as the estimated delivery date.

For the first delivery of your subscription, we are unable to make any changes to your delivery date. For the subsequent deliveries, please email us and we can change the frequency date of your subscription for you. 

When will I receive my subscription? 

You will receive your first order, within 1-2 working days of ordering. Your next delivery will be received following your next frequency payment dates. 

How can I delay my next delivery?

Please contact our team, and we will see if we can delay this for you. 

Can I just order one month's worth and not be subscribed?

Yes, simply go through the checkout as normal and not select the ‘Subscribe & Save’ option. 

When will I be billed?
The first day of your monthly billing cycle is the day you sign-up. This means your membership is automatically renewed and you will be charged on that same date each month/week (which ever option you selected) at the rate of your membership month to your payment method on file. Your membership will not expire unless you contact Customer Care via theteam@livebetterwith.com
