About the Authors:

Myra Hunter is a professor of clinical health psychology at King’s College London. She has worked in the area of women’s health for over thirty years. I like the fact that this book has lots of practical tips for me to implement myself. Very handy.

Love using this book. Not complicated to work through but very effective. CBT is so well-known in mindfulness work, so it's nice to see it applied here too.
